The Rescue Diver Course (Open Water Diver / Advanced Open Water Diver / Emergency First Response) is a comprehensive diving program designed to develop confident, competent, and safety‑focused divers capable of operating effectively in professional and operational environments. Aligned with PADI standards, the program progressively builds diving knowledge and skills from entry‑level scuba diving to advanced and rescue‑level competencies.
The course begins with the Open Water Diver component, which introduces participants to safe diving practices and fundamental scuba skills, enabling them to dive independently within training limits, plan and log no‑decompression dives with a buddy, and access scuba services confidently. Participants then advance through the Advanced Open Water Diver component, a structured program that enhances practical and theoretical knowledge through specialized dives such as navigation, buoyancy, deep, boat, and drift diving, strengthening situational awareness and underwater capability.
The program is further reinforced by the Emergency First Response (EFR) and Rescue Diver components, which focus on lifesaving skills, first aid, CPR, and emergency care. Participants learn how to identify, manage, and respond to diving‑related emergencies, assist distressed divers, and enhance overall dive safety. Together, these integrated courses equip participants with the skills, confidence, and professional competence required for safe and effective underwater operations both in routine and emergency situations.
