Closing Ceremony of Blues Retraining Program Batch - 4

The 4th Batch of the Blues Retraining Program, conducted for officers from South Police and South Central Police, was successfully concluded with a graduation ceremony held on 13 August 2026 at the NCPLE Dh. Vaanee Campus.

The ceremony was graced by the Head of Southern Police, Assistant Commissioner of Police Mohamed Rasheed, as the Guest of Honour.

Designed to strengthen participants’ professional knowledge, ethical values, leadership capabilities, and operational competencies, the programme aimed to prepare officers to meet the evolving demands of modern policing. Through classroom instruction, practical learning, scenario-based exercises, case studies, and collaborative activities, participants developed skills essential for professional, accountable, and community-focused policing.

The programme consisted of core modules covering Internal Ethics, Digital Transformation and AI, Operational Policing, Scenario-Based Training, Case Studies, and Team Building Exercises.

A total of 328 police officers successfully completed the 4th Batch, comprising 306 male and 22 female participants.
