Closing Ceremony of First Line Management Course – 15

The First Line Management Course – 15 was successfully concluded following four weeks of intensive training conducted from 7 June to 5 July 2026. The course was attended by 30 police officers from Meemu, Faafu, Dhaalu, Thaa, and Laamu Atolls, with all participants successfully completing the programme.

Jointly delivered by the National College of Policing and Law Enforcement and the Central & South Central Police, the course was designed to strengthen participants' leadership and supervisory capabilities. The training covered key areas including leadership, ethics, supervision, legal awareness, community policing, and scenario-based training.

Sergeant Abdul Muhaiminu Abdulla was presented with the Best All-Round Student Award in recognition of his outstanding performance throughout the course.

The National College of Policing and Law Enforcement extends its sincere appreciation to Assistant Commissioner of Police Yoonus Sobah, Deputy Head of Southern Policing, for gracing the closing ceremony as the Chief Guest. Appreciation is also extended to Assistant Commissioner of Police Mohamed Basheer, Deputy Executive Director, for attending the ceremony.
