Closing Ceremony of Home Team Advanced Leadership Program

The Home Team Advanced Leadership Program concluded today at NCPLE, with 24 participants successfully completing the 03-week program from 26th April 2026 to 14th May 2026 focused on:
- Strategic leadership,
- Governance,
- Crisis management,
- Cybersecurity, and
- Inter-agency collaboration.
We were honored to welcome Ali Ihusaan, Minister of Homeland Security, Labour and Technology, as Chief Guest alongside EXCO members and senior leaders. The program also featured a National Security and Digital Leadership Forum for Home Team officers conducted in collaboration with INTERPOL Innovation Center, National Centre for Information Technology, and Cyber Security Agency. Together, we continue building a safer and more resilient Maldives through collaborative leadership.
