Commencement of Blues Retraining Program

The Blues Re-Training Program for Hulhumale Police was officially commenced on 09 August 2026 at the National College of Policing and Law Enforcement. Led by the Center for Public Safety and Security Studies, the five-day program brings together 25 police officers. We extend our sincere appreciation to the Head of Hulhumale Police, Assistant Commissioner of Police Asim Abdulla for gracing the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest.
The program consists of the following core modules:
* Internal Ethics, Digital Transformation and AI
* Operational Policing
* Scenario-Based Training
* Case Studies
* Team Building Exercise
Throughout the five-day program, participants will engage in interactive discussions, scenario-based exercises, case study analyses, and team-building activities aimed at improving critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork in operational policing environments.
