Commencement of SWAT Basic Training – 01

Following a rigorous pre-assessment and an intensive seven-day pre-entrance training programme, 18 candidates were selected from a pool of 57 applicants to undertake the training.
The 92-day programme comprises 10 operational modules focused on strengthening operational fitness, tactical capability, discipline, and readiness to perform under pressure.
The training is being conducted by the National College of Policing and Law Enforcement in collaboration with the SWAT Team.
