The Centre for Leadership and Management is established to deliver sustainable training and educational programs that support the professional development of supervisory, managerial, and leadership roles within the Maldives Police Service, law enforcement, and the wider public sector.
Its Mandate Includes:
- Designing and implementing tailored programs for various leadership levels, fulfilling regulatory requirements related to supervisory and leadership training, and enhancing overall professionalism. By offering structured learning opportunities, the Centre aims to strengthen leadership capacity, support institutional growth, and contribute to the development of competent, ethical, and forward-thinking leaders across the policing and broader law enforcement community.
