Closing Ceremony of INTERPOL CBT Instructor Development Course

The INTERPOL Capacity Building and Training Directorate (CBT) has successfully concluded its flagship Instructor Development Course (IDC) at the National College of Policing and Law Enforcement, Addu Campus on 1st October 2026.
The closing ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Executive Director of NCPLE, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ahmed Abdul Rahman.
A total of 23 participants from 13 countries, representing all INTERPOL-designated zones, completed this specialized training programme.
Throughout the course, participants developed practical skills in adult learning, instructional design, lesson planning, effective teaching and delivery, presentation, learner engagement, and performance evaluation, equipping them to design and deliver effective training programmes for modern law enforcement environments.
The successful completion of the programme marks a significant milestone for NCPLE Addu Campus in hosting international capacity-building initiatives and further strengthens opportunities for collaboration in law enforcement training.
